After harvest, the grapes are chilled and transported by sea to Caymus, where our unique winemaking techniques produce a wine that is dense, dark, and supple. Red Schooner wines are identified by the voyage number rather than a vintage date, with Voyage 11 corresponding to the 2021 vintage. The result is a remarkably smooth wine, offering aromas and flavors of dark fruit complemented by fine, textural tannins.
